The Tett Centre for Creativity & Learning (TCCL) is proud to announce the launch of its new strategic plan, which will guide the organization’s work and growth over the next five years. The plan was developed with input from community members through a series of consultations in 2022, allowing the organization to identify areas for improvement, challenges, and opportunities to better serve the community.
The new strategic plan features a renewed mission and vision that reflect the organization's commitment to nurturing the community's artistic potential and facilitating engagement with the arts. The plan will serve as a roadmap to help the TCCL achieve its goals, while addressing the needs and interests identified during the consultation process.
"We are excited to launch this new strategic plan and embark on a new chapter of growth and development," says Brianne Franklin, TCCL Director. "Through our consultations with community members, we have gained valuable insights that will help us better serve our community and achieve our mission."
The new strategic plan outlines several key initiatives that the TCCL will undertake over the next five years, including maintaining long-term sustainability, enhancing accessibility to spaces and programs, and advancing equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigeneity. By focusing on these initiatives, the TCCL aims to strengthen its position as a leading organization in the arts and culture sector.
"We are committed to making a positive impact in our community through the arts, and our strategic plan will help us achieve that goal," added Franklin. "We invite everyone to read the plan and join us on this exciting journey."
