Creating More Inclusive Practices - With Leah Riddell
In this extended in-person session, Leah Riddell will provide a comprehensive introduction to creating an inclusive work environment, with a focus on disability disclosure, effective accommodations, accessible technology, and insights into the Deaf community’s unique experiences in workplace and artist settings. This session will be particularly beneficial for your front-of-house team as they work to better support Deaf artists, and for the broader team as you consider ways to welcome Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals into your staff in the future.

KCFF / Queen’s Film & Media CREATIVE INDUSTRIES DAY
On Friday, Feb 28th, KCFF and Queen’s Film & Media are hosting a Creative Industries Day at the Isabel Bader and Tett Centre.
This event is completely free, but you must register in advance, as space is limited. Registration opens next Thurs Feb 6th.
This is an incredible opportunity for students, emerging filmmakers and anyone interested in the film, television, and creative industries.

Want to make handmade greeting cards or scrapbook layouts? Come join me for the next Quick & Cute Classes at the Tett Creativity Centre in Kingston on Friday, March 21 from 6:00-8:45pm. Classes will be held in the Activity Room, Room #108.
Cost is $36 ($31.86 + HST) and includes the Terrific Toadstools* stamp set and all the consumable products needed to create 6 handmade greeting cards (3 designs, 2 cards of each design) OR 3 12x12 scrapbook layouts (3 designs, 1 of each design)!
