Quick & Cute Card and Scrapbooking Class

Want to make handmade greeting cards or scrapbook layouts? Come join me for the next Quick & Cute Classes at the Tett Creativity Centre in Kingston on Friday, December 6th from 6:00-8:45pm. Class will be held in the Activity Room, Room #108. Cost is $36 ($31.86 + HST) and includes the Humble Home* stamp set and all the consumable products needed to create 6 handmade greeting cards (3 designs, 2 cards of each design) OR 3 12x12 scrapbook layouts (3 designs, 1 of each design)!

Textile Mondays with Bethany Garner

Join Creativity Studio Artist Bethany Garner for hands-on textile project sessions every third Monday from October to December. Bring your favourite cloth art project, stitching, or artwork, and enjoy learning as she demonstrates her own creative process. Feel free to bring your tools and any supplies you need, along with some treats if you’d like. Bethany will also have some of her own projects in progress to share with you.

Intro to Perspective Workshop: Forest Scene

Michelle Reid is an award winning Canadian artist who has quickly become recognized for her unique abstract-impressionism. Her contemporary landscape paintings in oil are distinct, vibrant, and full of hope. Attendees will be given an introduction to the materials, art history, colour theory ,and composition. She will demonstrate her technique and then provide one on one guidance while you create your own forest scene. Reference photos for all seasons will be provided, choose your own. Acrylic paint.
